I’d never considered staying on third road, but I know a lot of of these properties that Mr. Lenore owns. They are always beautiful and traditional with modern touches. The staff in the kitchen and restaurant for breakfast must be applauded. They always kind courteous and happy with special mention to a lady by the name of Nuch

Great property, convenient. Bed was sooooo comfortable. Only thing I woulsay is the pool area needs to be kept up during the day. Used towels, containers left behind. But a good property.

The hotel, staff, facilities, rooms and service were amazing. The one (and only) reason I won’t be booking again for my next stay in Pattaya in June is the road outside the hotel is an absolute nightmare to cross there are NO traffic lights OR pedestrian crossings and it’s one of the busiest roads in Pattaya to cross. You literally take your life in your hands every time you try to get over it… even late at night. It’s simply too big a risk to take in future, which is a shame because everything else about the hotel would have lent me to going back there in June.

Nice hotel

Hotel staff is fantastic. Rooms adjacent to elevator shafts do have some noticeable mechanical noise. Hotel is showing its age but overall the condition is well above average. 3rd road is a bit of a challenge to cross but manageable. Wi-Fi boosters in rooms are a great idea, internet speed is very good.

Beautiful hotel and the staff were fantastic! The first night I was kept awake by a nightclub opposite my room - nothing to do with the hotel just unfortunate. I mentioned this at reception the following morning and they couldn’t have been more helpful showing me two alternative rooms one of which I moved in to that morning with help from them. The only thing wrong with the complete stay there was the Wi-Fi in my room didn’t work which made communication with my travelling companion very difficult - I managed to log in to another room’s Wi-Fi but not until the last day - frustrating but not the end of the world. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel - lovely.

This review is for my stay at the LK president hotel which is situated at the top of Soi Pothole for those of you that know the area. I have stayed at a number of the LK hotels in the area previously and this particular venue is similar in many ways. It is a large tower hotel with I believe is 27 floors high and so it is a lot quieter than other hotels in the location if you get a room quite high up, which benefits with some very scenic views around Pattaya.. As with all the other LK hotels, it’s interior including the rooms and the swimming pool are all now a little tired and you can only imagine how opulent and impressive these hotels were back when they first opened. However, despite tackling a supersized cockroach in the bathroom on my first night, the daily cleaning of the rooms was first class and the 16th floor cleaning lady called Miss Lai was so friendly and could not have been more kind and she wanted to go out of her way to be as helpful as possible. The bed was huge and very comfy with four enormously soft comfortable pillows so sleep was no problem at all. Location wise for this particular hotel is pretty handy as it was straight across the road into the bar territories which led down to the busy LK Metro and Soi Buakhao areas. A little bit further out from second road where the regular buses run. Sun loungers around the pool were great but the pool could do with regular cleaning and some easier access options. Also, the balcony had no furniture to sit on.

Hotel extremely clean with great service from concierge and house keeping. Very competitive price compared with other local LK hotels. But downsides. Very poor choice of television channels and no English news channels. Crossing 3rd road to access hotel is very hazardous. Surprised hotel not demanding pedestrian road crossing
