When we reached out to the owner, there was no delay - we had an immediate response and the AC was fixed pronto! We spent our days hiking so the hot tub was the perfect way to end the night. We've stayed in properties before and this one is top notch. We had some issues arise and the host was very understanding and willing to work with us. Ten star host.
