Nice location and we had a room overlooking the river. The walk to the room was long but worth it. Near the bus and train station.

The hotel is across the street from the train station and about a 8 minute walk from old town. We had an excellent stay at the hotel after a short delay at check-in when our reservation could not be found. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was very good with a large selection and for other meals, many old town restaurants were close by. We would definitely stay at this hotel again in Passau.

The hotel was clean and modern. The hotel was close to amenities and across the street from the train station. The rooms were very spacious and well kept. The pillows, however, were well used and only had the two to choose from.

Stayed here for the first night of our river Danube bike holiday. The room was comfortable, the generous breakfast would suit all tastes - and I must say we had many tastes. Also a big plus for us was the secure indoor bike store.
