It was a wonderful experience. We stayed in the Bowie trailer and were welcomed by the family. We enjoyed the beautiful outdoor space and especially the wine tasting experience. Overall, it was fantastic and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Think of it like tent camping in a shell or if you have an RV it’s dry camping without hardly any electricity. If you are comfy with that, then you will have a pleasant experience. The airstreams have no running water which means no sink, toilet or shower—all communal and tp thrown in trash is encouraged.. If you bring your RV, don’t expect enough power to run a coffee pot we could barely run lights at night and that was with a generator. No one is on site to assist, period.

The photos make the trailers look charming however they are old and need to be updated. The solar panels do not give enough power for the air conditioning units and in order to not over heat you have to turn the air on and then have no power to charge phones etc The property and concept is good but it just needs updates

We absolutely loved our stay at Vinyl Vineyards! This is such a cool and unique camping experience in the middle of Paso Robles wine country. The campground is off-grid and solar powered, which was part of what made the experience feel so special—you really get to unplug, slow down, and enjoy being outdoors. You definitely get the feeling of camping—waking up surrounded by the vineyard, enjoying the animals and beautiful scenery—but with thoughtfully designed spaces and lots of fun touches throughout. We loved hanging out at the campground, drinking wine, listening to music, and just enjoying being outside. Everything was clean and well cared for, and the whole property has a relaxed, welcoming vibe. It’s also a great location for exploring Paso Robles wineries and then coming back to your own little off-grid camping retreat. Definitely not your typical hotel stay—and that’s exactly what we loved about it. Such a memorable, one-of-a-kind way to camp in Paso wine country. We would absolutely stay again!

Cons-The content of the property details needs updated to reflect that there is not always electricity or air conditioning available to the campsites. There are also no working restrooms or sinks inside of the trailer. The electric cooler is also of no use when there is no power. Total setup was sketch. Plus- Outdoor shower was hot Memorable experience. Got a flat tire while driving through the area. Meh-

Wonderful stay at Vinyl Vineyards! My daughter and I checked into the Zeppelin Airstream for a 2-night stay, and we had a blast. Dina and Jeff were awesome -- they guided us through a wine tasting (well, not my 9-year-old had Sprite), were proactive in providing details about the property, and even gave us a ride to the Avett Bros show at nearby Vina Robles on their golf cart. The gas grills worked great, the hammocks were relaxing, and Sunset Hill at sunset was spectacular. Thank you, Jeff and Dina!

The trailers were really tidy and beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The outdoor area was spacious and nice, and the outside toilets and showers were very easy to access. As motorbike travelers, we were missing basic essentials like morning tea or coffee—since the nearest shop is quite far away, having this provided would be a wonderful touch. We also wanted to purchase some local wine, but it was difficult to arrange as we didn't receive a reply from the owner. Overall, it was a good stay, but missing a few small, thoughtful details that would make it truly amazing.

This stay was such a cool experience! Dina, the owner, curated such a unique, beautiful, and intimate wine tasting experience. Dina and Jeff were very kind and accomodating. If you go in the winter, keep in mind it will be chilly, but they provided us with wool blankets to help keep warm! Overall, definitely recommend this stay/experience.

It was HOT! Was disappointed the camper was scorching hot upon arrival at 4pm. I thought we were gonna bake to death in there. I understand it’s the middle of summer but would have been nice to have the AC already on. It took like 6 hours (10pm) for it to cool down completely and for us to actually use it and enjoy it. Would have been nice to have known to expect this upfront prior to booking. This should be disclosed as a side note during summer months. Also, I was really looking forward to the outdoor shower during golden hour but was kinda ruined. Not sure why the water in the outdoor shower (right hand side) smelled like sewage. The next morning I used the outdoor shower on the left and it was glorious! (The water didn’t smell) Otherwise the LED Zeplin airstream and the glamping concept itself was a cool experience overall. I would never stay here during summer months though. I’d come back in the fall, spring or winter - at least you can layer up in the winter or bring your own sleeping bag to sleep in.

It was a great “glamping” experience. The trailer was clean. Just so you know, there is no water or toilet in the trailer but the bathroom facilities are quite nice. There is also a communal outdoor kitchen.

The camper was great and very clean. Bed was comfortable too! Loved Sunset Hill and the property for a morning walk. Didn’t use the outdoor kitchen area so no comment there. Curious if there’s a curfew for the campsites. There was a group by the fire pit one night until midnight and you could hear every word from inside the camper. So we were up until they went to bed. Something to think about… The bathroom trailer was not great. Out of paper towels in most, really thin toilet paper, water pressure was aggressive and sprayed everywhere. But the outdoor shower, while minimal, was spacious with hot water and felt amazing.

We loved our short stay on the property which is convenient to the Paso Robles wine country. You need a car to get around - it's not in walking distance of shops or restaurants. It's not super fancy but was a novel place to spend a night or two on a last minute trip to the wine country. Trailers are a little weathered but cute, clean and comfortable. Portable (flushing) toilets on the property are clean and have basins for washing your hands. We didn't try the showers. The shared camp kitchen was convenient for preparing our dinner and it was nice that there were propane heaters to warm us up on a chilly evening. The communal fireplace was a nice place to hang out. It was a little tricky finding the camp. There are 3 entrances to the property - the correct one is the 3rd entrance which is furthest from Paso Robles - right before you cross Penman Springs rd. There is a small sign for Vinyl Vinyards. You drive down a dirt road past the vineyard, which eventually takes a turn to the left and down to the trailers.

First off, let me say: yes, I know we were glamping, so I wasn't expecting a five-star resort. But as much as I wanted to love this place, I just didn't. On the bright side, the hosts were super helpful and responded to my questions promptly, which was a huge plus. The beds were also comfortable, and we had plenty of blankets for the chilly evening. Unfortunately, my main disappointment was the facilities. We stayed in the Zepplin trailer and our A/C was barely working, so we basically opted not to use it. The refrigerator didn't stay cold either, and the door wouldn’t stay shut—we actually had to block it with an object just to keep it closed. We brought extra water because we were expecting the heat, but putting it in the fridge was completely fruitless. The shared facilities left a lot to be desired as well. The bathroom stalls were a guessing game as to which one was suitable to use, and on the day we arrived, there was a pair of underwear left on the floor of the outdoor shower, which was pretty gross. Someone eventually kicked them into the dirt, and they were gone by the next day, but we still ended up wearing flip-flops in the showers instead of standing on the bare floor. Also, a dirty wine glass sat in the outdoor sink the entire weekend. This place has so much potential, but there are definitely some serious maintenance and cleanliness issues that need fixing.

We stayed in the Billie Holiday and it was just ok. The rv itself was very uneven (not level) and there was only one record, of Elvis. The only "Billie Holiday" was a comforter, 2 posters and a few books. It was also very cold as the heater is on the opposite end of the rv where the bed was located. We had to sleep on a makeshift bed on the lounge area (bc it was close to the heater), although the listing said 2 queen beds, which is why we chose this unit. Both beds were hard as hard can be. Overall the entire rv could use a little tlc.
