"10 out of 10. The complex has a pleasing layout - surrounded by padi fields and a small pool. Sitting in lounge chairs, we saw many birds (rails, herons and egrets, and swiftlets). The rooms are clean and comfortable. The outdoor bathroom was spacious and always had hot water. The food was simple, fresh and delicious. "What can I say this is my second stay here and each time the place is amazing from the villa to pool to the surrounding area just amazing and well thought out. The Euro Restaurant was ok but the Indonesian Restauant overlooking sunset was out of this world. Service was excellent. Reception was interesting asking for same docs again even though were repeat guests and have already given our documents weird. Welcome drink needs an upgrade lol"
"We were in the area for a ceremony, hence we only stayed one night. We chose the hotel due it's location mainly, and we were very pleased with our choice.
It is a fantastic hotel, big gardens and a great location next to the bay.
As we only stayed 1 night, we were in a Kura Kura Room No1. There was no privacy in this room as there was a footpath to sunbeds very close to the window. Other rooms and suites had more privacy.
The food and service at the restaurant was good, although we found that 2 different fish dishes, the fish was average, and we have had better in the area. Other dishes, including Breakfast was very good.
Poll was excellent, looking out over the bay. In the morning and early afternoon it was not very busy, plenty of shade if needed. Pool service was also good. In the late afternoon, the pool area was quite busy, and the number of sunbeds is limited.
Overall we shall visit again, stay a little longer and probably stay in a Bay View Villa"

Only downside was our room as it have could done with a little refurbishment but nothing which would cause you to complain.

"Beautiful property! We stayed inland in the courtyard with the pool and used the safari shuttle to get around to the beach and the restaurants.
Everything was always well kept, staff was super nice and food was also delicious at both restaurants!
