"We anticipated arriving to Tijuana 1 hour earlier than the check-in time so we decided to go let the staff know we were there and to let us know when the room would be ready. To our surprise, the lovely staff told us we could go to our room right then. We were extremely excited due the fact that we had just traveled 5 hours on the train. After settling into the room, we decided to check out the pool. It did not disappoint, it was clean and refreshing! We are looking forward to staying here again on our next visit!"
