For an international hotel chain, I would have expected a higher standard. On the plus side, the breakfast is very extensive, with many authentic local snacks and dishes for guests to try. "Bed cover got a stain when we came, kindy curious how the room service could have missed a very obvious stain spot like that (we requested for a changed out the next day and got new/clean cover). The room was a bit dated: old caulks and shower curtain need to be replaced. But I do commend on the foods available in the front of the hotel at night! I ate mostly at the next-door malls and only tried the hotel foods on the last night, which were really good (have I known earlier, would have eaten that instead of the mall foods {weren't great at all}). Service staffs are great, super friendly. I would come back for the staff, very kind/nice ppl. "

"We booked a room for 4 people on Expedia which had good reviews and a high rating, but when we arrived it was a 12 bedded dorm which we would not have booked. We emailed the property for clarification but we did not get a response.We feel we were not given what we asked for. On the website it stated that there was a 4 bedded room available but not a 3 bedded room or 2 bedded room. So we felt there were only 4 beds in a room. Could you explain how this has happened? It was noisy and very dirty and a terrible experience. We would like a full refund from you and ask you to review the rating you currently have on the hostel."
