"I stayed a total of six nights at Principado Downtown and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is right in the heart of downtown in the Retiro district, making it extremely walkable. There are unlimited shopping options just minutes away, with Galerías Pacífico only a few blocks from the hotel. The rooms are large, quiet, clean, and comfortable, with very comfy beds. A minibar and snacks are available, which is a nice convenience after a long day out. Despite the central location, the hotel remains surprisingly peaceful. The staff truly stand out — super helpful and accommodating. Online check-in was easy, and luggage storage was available, which made arrival and departure days stress-free. The complimentary breakfast was very nice, with a good selection to start the day. Overall, Principado Downtown is an excellent choice for anyone wanting comfort, convenience, and outstanding location in Buenos Aires. I would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"The front desk staff, Lucia and Juan were both amazing. The location is close to many restaurants and shops. It is an easy location to walk to many attractions. The room itself was on the smaller side and the hallway carried some noise, but it was well worth the price paid. "
