Hotel is nice and clean and near restaurants and shopping . We were allowed to check -in at least 30 minutes earlier . Drawback : it gets noisy at night because of singing and talking from nearby establishments. Rooms are not sound proof . Front desk did not have tour brochures and don’t have a sign by the front desk that they give assistance for tours so I asked for the nearest travel office, walked the 2 1/2 blocks to find out they’re close on Sundays. After booking on - line , I found out from the other male receptionist who helped us stow our luggage that they actually have a list of tours / prices and their prices for were lesser than what I booked . I could have saved a lot and spared myself from walking trying to locate a your office if the other staff was helpful . He was also rude when I tried to ask him a question not knowing he was on the phone . If I knew that , I wouldn’t have interrupted. Because of this , I’m giving the hotel a 3 .

Stayed one night after a cruise. Location was good. Staff was good. Room and facilities good except no coffee in room even though there was a teapot and no liquid coffee creamer available even with breakfast.

I have stayed here before and it was ok. Today they put me and my son into single room saying that it is only what is available. I booked there was a choice of 2 tween beds. They did not even offer extra blanket. Do they sleep with their teens in the same bed under the same blanket. When I asked for a cup, there is none in the room to drink a glass of water, front desk said that they have no room service. I believe, to have a glass is a basic room nessesiry and nothing extra.
