"The property offers a lot of amenities we did not partake in (e.g. pool, playground area, smores). We were there to hike Rocky Mountain National Park so we were up early every day. Breakfast offers a lot of choices, but not much protein. And the breakfast area is small relative to the number of guests that were there when we were. Easy parking, convenient location to the hikes we did, as well as a short distance to town. There is a walking trail right outside but that was another thing we didn't use. The bed was firm but comfortable. Our room had a window A/C unit in the bathroom area. There was a temperature on the unit itself. There was also a thermostat on the wall that was only useful in telling you the temperature in the room. Then there was a handheld remote for the unit that didn't do anything. With a window unit in the bathroom area, it took all night to cool the room down."

"This was our second summer visit to the Blue Door Inn. Clean and in a great location. Great seating on the property for summertime lounging. Live music on a Saturday night hit the right spot. No drama. We would stay there again."

"We had a great time staying at Nicky’s Resort. They were prompt in responding to our messages and the provided clear instructions for self check-in. The room was spacious, neat and well maintained. Parking in the premises was very convenient. The proximity of this property to the Rocky Mountain national park helped us plan our hikes in the park better. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Estes Park, CO."

"Great location in Estes Park, walk to town. Lovely property on a 9 home golf course. Hot tub! Clean rooms, older rooms somewhat worn. Newer wing rooms lovely & roomy. Lovely breakfast, coffee, juices etc. Great helpful staff! Our family celebrated a wedding -reunion & had a great time."
