「Very quaint and quiet, we enjoyed our staying very much would heavily recommend」

「Property is perfectly setup for a group outing both inside and out. There is privacy for all with bedrooms and bathrooms and multi-floor setup. All the amenities you can hope for when on vacation to have some fun - fire pit, hot tub, comfy and large deck space, indoor game room. The lower level kitchen was a bonus and very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!」

「The rental left a bit to be desired. The interior was nice and comfortable and clean. The exterior was not as expected. There was no dock in the water as advertised, the paddle boat was filled with water and dirty, the outdoor furniture was not cleaned and had dead bugs all over it. I communicated the week prior to arrival asking about life jackets to use the boats and was told they should be there but it would be confirmed. I kept following up but no confirmation. There were no lifejackets...

「Overall, value property. It's a very old home that was slightly renovated. Pros. 3 bedrooms, washer dryer, good price Cons. Smelled musty, pans not usable for cooking, small living room.Host was great with communication, and the stay was worth the price.」

「Had a good weekend staying here. House was clean and stocked with necessities. Abby was very quick with communication. We had 6 in our party. Sleeping space was good. Hang out space was a little small for 6 to sit comfortably.」

「Check in details were provided only a few days before our arrival and only after we reached out to inquire. Photos did not include exterior photos of the home so it wasn’t very easy to find, nor were the instructions clear that the “front door” is actually the second floor so instead we walked in to the unfinished basement (also not included in the photos) which made us concerned we were walking in to the wrong house! House was also not very clean unfortunately!」

「The Manor Suite was cozy and charming. It was walking distance from restaurants and shops. I would have loved to stay longer to explore the area.I hope to stay there again if I return to Bridgton next summer.」

Kitchen well stocked with ample plates, pots utensils etc Loved the large quantities of towels, pillows, hangers and toiletriesFelt like an actual home. 3 1/2 bathrooms was wonderful for all of us and space. Location perfect for all vacation amenities.」

「We spent 2 nights at this little slice of heaven for my mother’s 70th birthday . We had a small group of us stay the 2 nights and some extra friends/ family visit one of the days to celebrate . Even with rainy weather we had such a great time! The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves , including an array of games! The property was beautiful and easy to find . We found a lovely coffee shop in downtown Fryeburg that had delicious coffee , bagels, and pastries . Would highly recommend!...
