「I need assistance moving around and the only elevator access is through a back entrance where a security guard for a local shop physically threatened me because I parked on the nearest parking space to the elevator (handicapped spaces were occupied and extremely far away). Bathtub is a nightmare for people with disabilities, tall, slippery and completely inadequate.」

「Very nice and great staff」
