AN EXCELLENT HOTEL WITH A SUPERB VIEW OF THE DOURO RIVER. A PLEASURE TO REST ON THE TERRACE. THE HOTEL ENJOYS A GREAT LOCATION, 15 MINUTES AWAY FROM CITY CENTER. GREAT BREAKFAST AND SUPERB ESPRESSO. EXCELENT STAFF, VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. ERICA AND ASHLEY DESERVE ALL THE WORDS OF APPRECIATION FOR THEIR KINDNESS. MAIS OBRIGADO. COM CERTEZA VOLTAREI

Lovely hotel centrally located but after having stayed at 5 stars all over Europe, I’d say this place has yet to learn more about what it means to provide 5 star service. As a family traveling with a 7 year old were surprised to learn upon arrival that the pool was only available from 8am-11am for our child, The concierge wasn’t very helpful or offered any insights for our stay in Porto. For a small-ish property you’d expect more personalized service. Facilities are great there is no doubt there.

This hotel is fabulous! The decor is funky and interesting, ALL the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, there was a good variety at the breakfast buffet. We hung out outside by the pool/fountain (wish it was a functional pool) and watched a Fifa match in their cool TV room. It was close to everything....the train station, nightlife, restaurants and more!! The rooms are a good size, we enjoyed our balcony. The only thing is that I think there should be more space to store toiletries or put the clothes you'll wear after a shower in the bathroom. Not a big deal, that would not stop me from coming back. Overall, for the 6 of us (in 3 rooms) it was a great stay and we would return!
