Reclamei com a recepção, pedindo novas toalhas, porém, que me entregassem em mãos na recepção, onde eu aguardava. Pedi que não levassem no quarto pois meu marido estava dormindo. O que não fui atendida, pois enquanto aguardava as toalhas na recepção, a camareira levou direto para o quarto, tocando a...
