O lugar é ótimo, apenas acho que os funciinarios foram meio rudes algumas vezes. Eu fui a mergulho as 7:30e. Comentei a noite pro funcionario sobre isso, ele falou que só as 8 era o café. Fui na padaria comer e voltei as 7:20 o café ja esta na mesa. Decidi pegar uns paes de queijo e onde a funcionaria comentou que eles fazem um cafe pro quarto. Poxa! Se eu soubesse disso nao teria ido ate a padaria

O hotel e ótimo , eu gostei muito de me hospedar nele , com certeza voltarei , mais precisa de algumas renovações em alguém aspectos, a colchão da cama estava afundado então não é confortável , ao lado do meu quarto o vizinho tem cachorros que fazem muito barulho de madrugada , latiam a noite toda , parecia que os latidos estavam dentro do quarto , a piscina muito fria nessa época do ano se tivesse aquecimento pra esse época era nota 1000 . Os canais da tv precisa ser atualizados , imagem péssima. Tirando esses detalhes hotel ótimo , funcionários muito prestativos e simpáticos , limpeza dos quartos ótima . Café da manhã super completo .

As instalações do hotel são boas, a piscina e o quarto muito bom. Porém o atendimento desde a chegada no check-in deixa a desejar. No restaurante a noite tinha um funcionário que chamamos varias vezes e ele nao veio nos atender e ainda sentou pra conversar nos ignorando completamente. O quarto cheguei da praia por volta de 14h nao haviam limpado, ao perguntar a moça da limpeza informou que a prioridade era os novos clientes dos quartos que iam fazer check-in. A toalha so trocam a cada 2 dias com muito custo. O quarto estava infestado de mosquito, a piscina no.nosso último dia estava muito suja de gordura nas bordas, enfim o hotel é bonito mas infelizmente o atendimento não é legal

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa, só temos uma crítica construtiva pois todos hoje em dia dependem de um bom wi-fi e era a única coisa ruim do hotel, pois o sinal ocilava várias vezes e o dia todo, precisam troca urgentemente. Atendimento ótimo, café da manhã top, restaurante muito bom, comidas deliciosas com preços justos, hotel bonito e muito confortável.
