"Unfortunately, the AC was broken on the first night which made us have a terrible night without sleep. The other nights they fixed the AC, although the AC doesn't go below 18 degrees in the thermostat, and the room stays around 21 degrees, so it was still too warm."

"I lobed my stay here, felt very safe as a solo traveler. I was pleased to receive macarons and a small bottle of port, which I enjoyed on the rooftop while watching the sunset. The breakfast was also nice. The room was clean and comfortable."

"It was a little farther than we wanted to be from the main town, but we were still able to walk so that didn’t end up being a problem. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in navigating the town and allowing us to keep our bags there for an extended time after check out while we finished our touring of Porto. "

Hotel restaurant is excellent. The amenities include free laundry machines (app controlled) and a rooftop pool/bar - my only wish is that the hotel advertised these better upon arrival."
