SOMNIO ESTATE manages Solasta Residence which is located in the picturesque village of Marpissa, just above Piso Livadi, offering outstanding views and a peaceful setting for a relaxing holiday.
Solasta is arranged over two guest levels within a building that also includes a separate, privately owned residence on the lower ground floor (not available for rent). The guest accommodation occupies a two-story maisonette on the upper levels, ensuring privacy and comfort.
The main level of the maisonette features a spacious living room designed to highlight the stunning views, with direct access to an outdoor dining area. On the same level, there is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dining space, a guest WC, and one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The top level includes two additional bedrooms , each with a queen-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. A furnished terrace on this level offers comfortable lounge seating, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views throughout the day.
