George was warm and welcoming from the first call! He easily provided us with walking instructions to the room from the port since we only had a couple carryons and backpacks. It’s located in a charming area along the port with several beaches and tavernas just a short step away. We stayed in the basement room since this was just a short stay prior to leaving, and admittedly I was worried when I initially booked the room. However, I would recommend it highly for anyone traveling that is looking for a budget friendly option. The room was spotless and had two beds to make a queen, the air conditioner worked lighting fast every evening when we got back to the room. The bathroom shower had great water pressure, which can be a challenge for anyone with super long thick hair. No worries here at all. We had a mini fridge and best of all, a washing machine in our unit. This was so valuable after our long weeks of traveling! There is a designated outdoor patio that you have plenty of room to enjoy outside or hang your clothes to dry.
George assured us many times he was just a call away if we needed anything at all, but it was such a nice and easy stay that we didn’t have to call on him at all.
Lastly- we rented a quad and there was plenty of room at night to park around d the building, which was helpful.
We would definitely come back and stay longer on our next trip!
