"Everything was great with our stay besides the fact that as soon as you step out of your room, it smells like urine. There are a lot of stray cats and some dogs on the property so anywhere outdoors smells like urine. Besides that, everything else was great. We loved having direct access to the Santa Maria Beach. The only downsides were that the rooms were a little on the small side, and the corridors were quite noisy with no rugs or runners, to dampen any noise therefore a lot of sound carrying into the rooms.
