「Fabulous stay in the heart of Laon We enjoyed our overnight stay here in a family apartment that was huge and so comfortable and perfect for our family. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant that offered the best view of the impressive cathedral. The team were brilliant! Thank you 」

「1685年創業の18部屋という小さなホテルです。当然エレベーターもありません。もちろん、電気は点きますし、お湯も出ますが、昨今のホテルに当たり前の便利さはありません。しかし、この街に泊まろうという人で、そういうものを求める人は少ないでしょう。逆に、この中世の町にふさわしいものは皆そろっています。木の梁がむき出しの小さめな部屋、古めかしい衣装箪笥、内側からも鍵をかけないと締まらないドア、そして何よりも、人懐こくて親切なホテルの人たち。全ては古いながらも、清潔に保たれ、神経が行き届いています。併設されているレストランも、優しい味わいのおいしい食事を提供してくれます(日本人には、少々ボリュームが多いので注文には注意が必要ですが)。また訪れたくなるホテルでした。」
