「窓を開けると目の前にブドウ畑が広がりワイン街道を旅している気分を盛り上げてくれる。着いた日は雨だったが、部屋でゆっくりくつろぐことができた。バスタブが無いのが残念。特筆すべきはメインレストランのディナー。とても独創的でメニューから想像しているといい意味で裏切られる。期待を遥かに超えている味だ。土曜日で満席だったせいか提供には時間がかかったが、クグロフ型のパンもユニークで美味しかった。街も小さいが散策が楽しく、訪れる価値のある場所だと思う。」

「Hotellet ligger lidt afsides, men i rimelig kørselsafstand fra f.eks. Kaysersberg og Riquewihr. Vi boede i en suite på 3. sal med to balkoner og en pragtfuld udsigt over skoven og de nærmeste byer. Der var ingen larm. Personalet talte både fransk, tysk og engelsk, og de var meget servicemindede. Både morgenmad og den faste, 4-retters menu var helt i top, og prisen for 4 retter var kun EUR 35 pr. person.」

「Pas banal !!! Vous arrivez dans l'hôtel ouvert à tout vent, avec une pancarte qui vous dit que la personne a du s'absenter. Il y a des numéros de tel a appeler en cas de besoin et personne nous vous répond. Vous arrivez à joindre une dame qui ne travaille plus là car elle est, maintenant ,le traiteur pour l'hôtel. Et c'est cette dame qui prend la responsabilité de vous guider jusqu'à une chambre, vous donne un code pour avoir une clef pour ouvrir une chambre, voir si elle est occupée et vous dit...
