「Where do I begin? I feel like we got scammed. The reviews for this "apartment" were a 10 out of 10, and let me tell you it was more like a 4 out of 10. It was not advertised as a Motel 6 AT ALL! If I knew that, I would have booked at an actual Motel 6 for less money. I didn't feel safe checking in, especially with the bulletproof glass that was between me and the office clerk. My wife and kid stayed in the car before I let them know it was safe to come to the room. There were literally...

「The house was very hard to find. I called the host when I got there but didn’t get an answer. I messaged through the app and no answer until a couple of turns later. The Home is in an alley which looked terrifying. The main parts of the home are nice. The bedsheets for one of the beds however, was very old and not appealing to sleep on. The description states that up to 2 pets are welcome and has no mention of fees. Beware if you take your pets, they will try to charge you ridiculous fees...

「I went to Clovis, CA, to see family and needed a larger 1-story home to accommodate them. Prior to booking this home, I contacted the owner, who promptly answered all of my questions. He and his team also answered my questions quickly, thoroughly, and with kindness throughout my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this clean, spacious home. Using the garage to park a vehicle and having a 1-story home for a family member with mobility issues who cannot climb stairs easily were huge pluses as...

「There was no office. You had to look around the property to find your name on a door. Our room did not look anything like the pictures on the website. The counter had a microwave and coffee maker that were dusty. There were two cups, two wine glasses, two plates, and a spoon. All were dusty and dirty. There was a tiny shelf on one side of the bed, nowhere to put your suitcase, no bedside lamps, just the overhead. The air conditioner had all the labeling worn off, so you had to guess how to set...
