The only negative (and I did not drop the rating due to this, because it would only affect a small percentage of people), this house is described as wheelchair accessible. I am in a wheelchair and was excited to find this listing. However, the ramp in the garage has a much larger amount of grade than the ADA limit. My husband could not push me up the last third of the ramp. My daughter finally came in the garage to help push, or we would not have made it. Once we got in the house, we found that my wheelchair would not go through the door to the master bedroom. I switched to my walker, and it went into the bedroom, but not the bathroom. Please be aware of this if you have mobility access needs. "
