Ski-in and ski-out of your well-equipped rental, right at the base of the mountain. Ski lockers, a fully equipped fitness center, and a heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool with hot tub are yours to enjoy.

LIVING AREA

Cozy up on a sleeper sofa and love seat in the inviting living area after a fun-filled day on the slopes. Enjoy the warm ambience of the gas fireplace while watching a movie on the 50” flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Your studio comes with a full-size kitchen, outfitted with a suite of appliances and plenty of cookware to prepare favorite recipes.

When it’s time to eat, the breakfast bar seats three.

BED & BATH

Between the California-king sleeper sofa and a California-king bed, the studio sleeps up to four guests. The sleeping area features a privacy curtain and excellent mountain views.

The bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Go for a relaxing swim in the heated, shared pool. Swim inside or outside, or take a relaxing soak in the outdoor hot tub.

LOCATION

Stay right in the heart of the action at Park City Mountain Resort. Enjoy direct access to the slopes as well as a wide range of eateries and shops.

During warmer months, feel the thrills of the Flying Eagle Zipline, Alpine Slide, or Alpine Coaster, all at the base of Park City Mountain. More shopping and dining options are available on Main Street, about a mile away.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
