This lovely 4 bedroom condo is the perfect gateway to experience both city and slopes. With easy access to the Park City Town Lift, you will have world-class ski runs and endless mountain adventures at your fingertips. This condo is the perfect base to start your one-of-a-kind Park City adventures.

The Space:
Step into this fabulous, one-of-a-kind condo situated in the heart of Park City that feels like a boutique hotel while offering up all of the comfort and convenience of home. This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo comfortably sleeps eight with style to spare while its incredible location places you within steps of both city and slopes, making it an ideal base for your limitless Park City adventures.

As you enter the home, your comfort and convenience are at the fore where an entry space featuring a bench and hooks makes it easy to hang up your coat and bags and settle in. A bright and beautiful bedroom just off the entrance makes for an inviting retreat with a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, crisp linens, and a full-size en suite bathroom. Striking black and white tile work, shower/tub combo, and a single sink vanity welcome you in to wash your cares away in the attached bathroom.

A second bedroom, boasting a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, ample storage space, and lots of light is an ideal space to drift off to sleep after a day of fun. A second, full-size main floor bathroom with striking stone and tile detail and a walk-in shower is located just steps from this bedroom, while also serving as a conveniently shared bathroom due to its close proximity to the dining/kitchen/living areas.

The unique, stylish details of this home pull out the stops in the stunning, open-concept living/kitchen/dining area. Cuddle up on the spacious, plush leather sectional under the stunning marquee lights as you kick back and settle into recharge by the fireplace or stream your favorite movie or show on the large, flat-screen TV. A cozy armchair next to the fire is the perfect place to relax with a favorite book or unwind in the warmth of the fire.

The chef in your group will be delighted by the fantastic kitchen space with an eat-in bar/island with seating for five that allows you to serve and socialize while you craft your latest culinary creation. The first upstairs bedroom features a full-size bed, flat-screen TV, stylish decor, and a skylight to let the sunshine in. Its well-appointed decor and fabulous sloped ceilings make for a restful sanctuary where you can drift off to sleep and dream of the excitement each day in Park City will bring.

The second upstairs bedroom is a dynamic, multi-use space with a flat-screen TV and twin-size daybed with a twin-size trundle underneath that makes for an easy transition from an intimate living area to a cozy sleep space. A third, full-size Jack and Jill bathroom is conveniently located between these bedrooms and features a single vanity and a walk-in shower with lovely tile details.

Located at the historic Blue Church Lodge, guests also have access to the Lodge’s common spaces and amenities, including a spacious and light-filled great room, a game room with a pool table and coin-operated laundry facilities.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home. They also have access to the single parking space in the parking garage located across the street underneath the Blue Church Townhomes Building. As well as access to an outdoor hot tub located above the parking garage. Guests will also have access to the Blue Church Lodge shared amenities which are in the basement of the lodge building and features a game room with a pool table, and coin-operated laundry if needed.

The Neighborhood:
Truly central to all that Park City has to offer, this home is within walking distance of both city and the slopes making it the ideal gateway for your adventures. It is located in the heart of Park City’s historic Old Town and is just one block from Main Street with its abundant shopping, dining, and entertainment offerings. It is also a short, two-minute walk from the Park City Town Lift that connects to the Bonanza chairlift at Park City Mountain Resort, so you can go from city to slopes in almost no time at all.

Getting Around:
With its incredible location, you are walking distance from Park City Main Street, Old Town, and Park City Town Lift, with direct access to Park City Mountain Resort. You are also minutes from the Old Town Transit Center, where multiple Park City Transit Bus routes pass through, easily connecting you with Deer Valley and Canyons Village Resorts and nearly everywhere else you might want to go. Park City Transit is FREE as is the Main Street trolley, which is also a great option for wandering around the Park City Historic District. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like many homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C. There are portable fans located throughout the home if needed.

The new outdoor hot tub has been installed. It is located over in the common area on the Townhouse side of the complex (directly above the parking garage).

Due to the unit being in a condo complex, there may be some noise from the neighboring apartments and during the busy months, there is the potential for loud noises from restaurant and bar goers, live music, and traffic.

Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

This property has a lovely common area- nice wood finishes. The a/c is portable units that hadn't been connected to the windows before our stay and weren't easily connected, so we did without. Two of the bedrooms are on an upper level and accessed by a narrow stair. Those two have more of an attic fell and share a jack-n-jill bathroom.

We had a great time! 4 guys in the unit, plenty of room, great kitchen to make breakfast and coffee, and walking to the shuttle or town lift was super easy. We’d definitely go back next ski season!

I wish I had read and avoided the other past reviews of this place. No internet. They suggested we use the neighbor's Wi-Fi internet, which was below dial-up speed. We could not do business video calls due to the lack of internet. The owners know the internet doesn't work. They do not care. The fireplace did not work. The hot tub on-site was empty - no water. One of the bedroom windows did not shut completely, which is a problem in the winter of January. We were not allowed to use the ski locker, which was not a problem but odd. The TV did not get local network channels like CBS, NBC, ABC Its clear the owners know about these issues. The above issues could be solved for less than $200, but they do not care. We communicated consistently with the property manager throughout the trip, but they said, "sorry it doesn't work."

Stayed in summer, walked into the unit and found it to be 92 degrees. The in unit portable swamp coolers didn’t have water in them so they were just blowing hot air. In one of the bedrooms the window was broken and couldn't be slept in, this room was totally unusable. We booked this property as we had two family's and each room was allocated. Ended up having to use the couches in living room as bed. Despite the thermostat being turned all the way down the radiators were still on. Not ideal in 90+ degree days. WiFi never worked, Comcast remote was missing. We did have consistent communication with property manager through first half of trip. We rebooted the router, still no luck. Then had whomever they use on site try to fix, still no luck. We were told that someone would bring a comcast remote mid day Monday. It didn't show up, and it didn't matter as we had no TV function anyway. The location was great, though. That is the redeeming factor of this property.

The property was exactly as described. The location was perfect and we had a great time in Park City. We visited in the summer for a family wedding. The hot tub was not working (assume that was due to it being off season) so just confirm if that is something you want.

The home was comfortable for 8 people. The location was ideal if you wanted to explore and walk around Downtown Park City! Communication with the Property Manager was great - they were very responsive via text. Highly recommend!
