Welcome to your home away from home. Our mid-mountain Deer Valley ski-in/ski-out Barclay Butera designed residence is conveniently located in the Empire Pass community at Arrowleaf and provides an intimate environment with amenities that will make your stay simply incredible.

Arrowleaf amenities included with your stay:

• Prime location right on the Silver Buck trail adjacent to the Silver Strike lift
• Complimentary on-demand car service between Arrowleaf and the greater Park City limits using the Empire Express app

Within our 3 BR/3.5 Bath corner unit condo you’ll enjoy magnificent views of the mountains and ski runs from the living room, kitchen and all 3 bedrooms. The beautiful, professionally decorated living room is highlighted by a stone gas fireplace and a 65” flat screen tv with sound bar and DVD player. A large deck provides sweeping views of the Deer Valley and Park City resorts. Large capacity washer and dryer appliances and a JBL Bluetooth speaker will also be found in the condo.

The chef’s kitchen is equipped with high end Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and everything you could want to create your own après-ski feast and entertain guests (wine fridge, InstaPot, coffee and espresso makers, KitchenAid mixer, and an abundance of pots, pans, and tableware). Prior to check-in you will also receive a digital welcome packet with all the information you will need to enjoy the home and the Park City area, including our favorite restaurants. The host will be very responsive to your queries to make preparing for your stay a breeze!

The large master bedroom includes a king size bed, flat-screen tv, walk-in closet with safe, vanity area, bathroom with a large, jetted tub, walk-in shower, 2 sinks, heated floors and a private water closet.

The second bedroom provides a queen size bed, flat-screen tv, closet with safe and en-suite private bath with walk-in shower.

The third bedroom has a king size bed with live edge wood headboard, flat-screen tv, walk in closet with safe, and en-suite private bathroom.

Each of the three en-suite bathrooms is equipped with a hairdryer and all TV’s are enabled with Amazon Firestick technology.

Whether enjoying a Deer Valley ski vacation in winter, hiking and mountain biking the endless trails outside our door, or simply enjoying the spectacular views, your vacation will be one to be remembered after staying at your home away from home.

Moms and sons ski get away

We really enjoyed our vacation at this condo. It was a perfect ski-in ski-out location. The condo is beautiful and has a great layout for entertaining and hanging out. It is very well provisioned (better than most VRBOs IMO) and loved that all the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. We would definitely stay again. Oh and we have to give a shout out to the maintenance guy (we knew who to reach out to b/c the property manager gave very detailed info) who answered our call and gave us great info during a brief power outage. He was fantastic and I’m guessing he was getting deluged.

A wonderful location for skiing with friends. With 3 couples there was everything we needed. Very convenient to have a ski locker with the ability to walk out onto the slopes. We will definitely return!

Terrific Summer Getaway!

My husband and I spent 9 nights in this wonderful property at the end of July/early August. The condo is large, very comfortable and well-appointed, and the location is terrific! Located mid-mountain at Deer Valley, we hiked on the mountain trails every day, located right outside the building. Downtown Park City is a 10 minute drive - great shopping and restaurants, and we enjoyed the Kimball Arts Festival. Matt, the property owner, was delightful to work with. It was a perfect summer getaway from our home in Sarasota, FL!

Awesome condo!

Host and unit deserve 5 stars. The unit was the perfect ski in ski out condo in a wonderful location. The host provided extremely detailed and helpful instructions/guide prior to our arrival. Wonderful Week of Skiing!

We had a great time over Christmas break with our two teenage children. The ski in/out and ski locker minimized all hassle that usually accompanies skiing...ski run to a chair lift is literally right out the door! The condo is beautifully decorated and wonderfully appointed, including holiday themed dishes etc which made it special for the holidays. We would absolutely come back here again and highly recommend! Top notch all around, including communication with the owner, who responded very quickly to any query that we had. Thank you!

Most beautiful views in all of Park City

Everything was just perfect! The designer did a masterful job; it was beautiful, just as photos show. HOWEVER the view cannot be adequately appreciated without seeing in person! My favorite part was the deck with two rocking chairs and view of the magnificient mountains and white bark trees! We all commented that it was the perfect peaceful spot away from the crowds of downtown main street, and everything is accessible. We used the free shuttle one day, and it could not have been any easier and the driver Dave any nicer! (We realized after an awful ride on the public bus from the high school for the Silly Sunday main street farmers market, it would have been so much smarter to request the Empire Pass shuttle for that!) The condo had everything we needed, and loved having the lobby for shuffleboard table, and games in the condo living area. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!!

Very detailed check-in process that was excellently laid out. All come with a great Shuttle that will take you anywhere into Park city to run errands or go to restaurants very quick and efficient. Very large living room excellent space our favorite so far in deer Valley after years of coming! Was with my family on this trip. Thanks guys!
