The cold water very small running the whole time I was there, the lockbox in the room would not open, no one came up to check on it after I asked. So I had to carry my passport with me the whole time I was there. The second to last day I use up the last the toilet paper, it was not replaced. So I use Kleenex the last day.

The property was conviently located for public transportation. There were plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The carpet in my room was shredded in one area. The furniture, old and torn up. The bed was comfortable and an extra blanket was available. Delayed check in. I informed in advance under disabilities/special assistance that I was traveling with my service animal. This apparently wasnt noted on my file, and the man working the desk had me wait 10 minutes while he tried to get someone on the phone. He then said "he was accepting the risk." Im not sure what risk there is to take with a service animal. My key card stopped working on my second day. When I went to get it fixed, the man (same guy) at the desk accused me of using my credit card instead of the key card.🙄 The key card was in my hand. He was able to fix the issue. The same worker was unable to acquire me a taxi for my departure. I had no issues with any other hotels or restaurants in acquiring a cab. I had no issues getting a cab myself throughout the city.

We booked a superior room, but on arrival we were given a normal room. As soon as we realized this we asked for an exchange, however the receptionist, who spoke poorly in English, told us he didn't know how to help us and to wait until the next day to speak to the manager. The following morning we received a call from the hotel manager at 8.30AM (without any respect, since at that time we could still sleep) telling us that they would make the change in the morning. So we went to the reception and the manager, without apologizing for what happened, told us that the room would only be ready when we returned in the afternoon. We then asked for the difference between the superior and normal room for the first night to be refunded and in a grumpy manner she told us to contact the platform we booked on. Apart from that, the superior room was uncomfortable because it was on two floors and you had to go down to the bathroom via a very small spiral staircase. The breakfast was good, but the variety was limited and slowly replenished. A waiting line often formed as the number of tables was insufficient compared to the number of rooms. The only positive note: the location of the hotel, close to the metro and well connected to the centre.

Nous avons séjourné dans la Suite Junior. Elle est très grande en revanche est fait veillotte par rapport aux photos présentées sur le site. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, la moquette à l'entrée de la salle de bain était complètement mouillée. Les joints de la salle de bain sont sales et vieux. Le petit déjeuner est loin d'être du niveau d'un 4 étoiles pour en avoir fait plusieurs sur le secteur. Je ne pense pas que nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel.

Bel hotel qui necessite néanmoins quelques rafraichissements dans la deco, cela date un peu, quelques rafistolages visibles… les bons points sont que tout est propre et que le personnel est vraiment très agréable et dévoué à notre confort. Arrivée tardive pour ma part Personne à l’accueil très serviable Mais l’état de la chambre est à revoir -> Absence de la télécommande du téléviseur ; carrelage décollé dans la salle de bain ; tapisserie déchirée ; poignée de porte de SdB qui reste dans la main état de la Moquette à changer Pour un prix de 170€ la chambre !!!! Je veux bien qu’on soit à Paris mais c’est un peu fort de café quand même

Personnel très aimable et serviable. Mais la catégorie de l'hotel ne correspond pas : c'est plutôt un hôtel 3 étoiles et non un 4 étoiles ; en effet l'hôtel est mal entretenu non pas au niveau propreté mais au niveau des équipements (carreaux salle de bain cassés, robinetterie rouillée, tapisseries éraflées....). Les chambres sur rue sont très bruyantes. Le petit déjeuner est classique, pas de charcuterie, ni produits salés (sauf du fromage). Donc le rapport qualité/prix de l'hôtel ne correspond pas à ce qui est annoncé sur votre site.
