The Urban Flat In Paris team is happy to welcome you to this fully renovated old building with a surface area of 65m2 that can accommodate up to 11 people, ideally for 9 people.

Former luxury ready-to-wear workshop converted into a 1 Triplex, ground floor, 1st and 2nd floors communicating via a spiral staircase.



Living room with a sofa bed for 2 or 3 people with an open kitchen.



1st floor, 1 bedroom with double bed + 1 sofa bed and 1 bathroom with toilet and shower.



2nd floor, 1 bedroom with double bed + 1 sofa bed and 1 bathroom with toilet and shower.



In order to welcome you under the best possible health conditions, our apart'hotels are meticulously cleaned and disinfected



Push the door of the workshop and enter the diva's world of rhinestones, climb one by one the steps of the elegant snail and enjoy, in the light of the old chandelier, the panorama of the beautiful American kitchen and the host table. Upstairs, two rooms with curtains as red as the icon's perfect gloss will give your Parisian stay a So Hollywood touch.

Ideally located between the Montorgueil and Sentier neighborhoods, the apartment allows you to enjoy multiple possibilities for outings, visits, restaurants and shops... and by the way, you can even greet your hostess at the Grévin Museum, just a few minutes walk away, to share your impressions of her workshop!

We offer FREE access to our Urban flat gym in Paris, located at 5 rue du Ponceau 75002 and open every day from 9am to 6pm. You can book your time slot at our agency at 9 rue du caire, 75002 Paris.

Christmas in Paris

The payment process was complicated since not thru VRBO. Heat in the living area was not working but it was replaced once I called. The key/ locking & unlocking the front door was a horrible experience everytime we left. Location was great. Walking distance to attractions & transportation, safe & convenient.
