A short stroll from your front door will land you smack dab in the middle of the action, meandering through the beautifully landscaped Champ de Mars, up to the ever-inspiring Eiffel Tower, and along the banks of the Seine. But if there's one thing we're hankering for after all that, it's a calm, comfy space to relax in — which is just what this delightful two-bedroom apartment affords. Cool, white interiors and a pared-down, modernist aesthetic act like a welcome, restorative balm. And as soon as you feel rejuvenated, Cambronne and Ségur subways are only moments away, waiting to whisk you back into the bustle. The perfect pad for young families looking to explore the city.
LIVING ROOM
Cool but comfy, like a good pair of jeans — fresh interiors and soft tones create a wonderfully zen space to unwind in, whilst a handful of sharp contrasts and jazzy prints smarten things up with a touch of modern design. There's a little dining table, perfect for a few quiet meals in, and a sofa bed with room for two extra guests. Behind a rather swish, windowed wall is a fabulously multi-purpose little room, where you can read, play the piano, or have a spin on the cross trainer.
KITCHEN
A snug but well-stocked kitchen sits just beyond the living room, with the added bonus of sleek glass doors — great for a bit of peace whilst your cooking, or (our preference) whilst being cooked for.
PRINCIPAL BEDROOM
Crisp white interiors and a minimalist aesthetic m make for a bedroom that's as serene as the rest of the apartment. There's a king-sized bed, a smattering of books, and a little desk that could prove a handy office corner if you're working from home.
FIRST BATHROOM
Clean edges, slick tiled walls, and more of those signature patterns, this bathroom comes with a bath and overhead shower, a wash basin, and WC.
SECOND BEDROOM
A delightful children's room featuring two single beds, one of which is a top bunk bed with a desk space underneath. This space comfortably sleeps one adult, however one child can also be accommodated in this bedroom (on request).
SECOND BATHROOM
A smaller second bathroom, complete with walk-in shower and wash basin.
