Our 25m2 studio is the perfect Parisian headquarter, in the heart of the city!

This cocoon of charm, calm, double-glazed windows, offers a view over the rooftops of Paris. It is ultra functional, ideal for solo stays or for 2 with its double bed. The studio has storage, table, chair, bench. The kitchen is well equipped.(Stoves, fridge, microwaves...) Nice shower room with its basin. Washer/dryer.



NB: The toilets, managed by the building, are on the landing, on the other side of the corridor.

At a walking distance and immediate vicinity, there are many restaurants, bars, typically Parisian brasseries and you will be at 15 minutes walk of the famous cabaret « Le moulin rouge ». Next door you would enjoy

la Basilique du Sacré Coeur and le Musée Grévin. Also you will at a few minutes walk from Galeries Lafayette and le Printemps which are the best places for shopping.
