ここに2泊しました。場所はとてもよく、対岸のシテ島やルーブルも歩いて行けます。徒歩圏内に良いレストランも沢山ありました。施設もとてもおしゃれで清潔で快適でした。洗濯機乾燥機もあり便利だと思います。またパリに行く際はここに泊まりたいと思うくらい、すごくおすすめです。

室内はとても綺麗で設備も充実しています。 洗濯用の洗剤液も用意されているため､長期滞在にも適しています。また近くにベーカリーやスーパーもあるため､何かと便利な立地です。

Air conditioning in a heat wave is priceless. My family of 4 counted on the heat breaks in the apartment each day and night. The place was in a great location, updated, and clean.

What a wonderful location and beautiful rooms. Enjoyed all the space and having a washer dryer-only drawback was the shower was leaking out onto the floor every time we would use it. Otherwise, it would’ve received five stars.

The absolutely best thing about this property is the location. IMHO, Saint-Germain-des-Prés is the best neighborhood to stay in when visiting Paris. My wife and I loved the fact that we had a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer included. The washer/dryer made packing light easier. The apartment had two AC units, which came in handy during the unseasonably warm weather. Communication with the staff via WhatsApp worked quite well, with nearly immediate responses. This turned out to be necessary upon checking in, when the code I had been given got us into the property, but did not unlock our apartment. After messaging the staff I was given a different code and we were all set. The only slight disappointment was how the property was described on Expedia as having either a balcony or terrace. We didn’t have either. We had large windows that did open to the street, but not an outdoor space. Apart from that, I’d recommend this property and would consider returning the next time we visit Paris.

Very charming and stylish. Location was great - many cafes and restaurants nearby; steps from Notre Dame and a short walk to the Metro. Condo was really clean and impeccably renovated.

Our apartment was spotless upon arrival. It was fully stocked with all kitchen essentials, plus a large fridge and separate freezer. The bed (and pullout couch bed) we're both comfortable as well. The property is very secure with three separate pin pads for entry. The location was better than we could have imagined. Three coffee shops, bakery, and pharmacy all on the same block. Cheese, wine, meat, and convenience store were one block away as well. The only negative (if we can find one) is that the property is on the second floor, meaning two flights of stairs, and the stairs were somewhat uneven. Not a problem unless you are not able bodied.

The apartment was excellent, huge, clean and well equipped. The location is amazing you are in the centre of everything a few minutes walk to Notre Dame. Only slight issue we had was the entry key pad system which was installed the day before and was not working properly which left us standing in the stairwell whatsapping to try and gain access. The host sorted any issues as quickly as possible and always responded quickly. Overall would highly recommend.

Really slow or clogged drains, difficult to figure out where the main light switch was to allow all the lights to work. The video instructions showed a panel upstairs and our unit had it in the main entry. We tried calling and sending notes via what’s app to ask, but did not receive a response. Also, the maintenance team came in unannounced several times while we were there which was a bit startling. No soap in the small bathroom. Other than that, it’s a beautiful place in a great location. Enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely Wonderful Location and Apartment Facilities and Local Facilities. We walked everywhere in Paris by foot from here using the River as a delightful guide West to East and back, before venturing into the North or the South.

Booking this room was quite easy online through Hotels.com, but lots of key info was missing at booking. For instance, even with a one week stay, no maid service at all was included, not even clean towel replacement or additional shampoo. I did not know until I was struggling to figure out how to check-in early that communications would be from multiple entities and multiple modes (texts, WhatsApp, and messages through the hotels.com site). It was hard to get a response or know where to find a response. This property is part of Quartere Libre collection which has several buildings in Paris. No restaurant, elevator or desk onsite here, but other buildings do. I wanted to know at booking what floor would be walking up to, but I couldn't find out. Fortunately we were on the 3 level, and not higher. Very large apartment with full kitchen in new condition.

Best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. Incredibly well done remodeling an old building. Easy access. Couldn’t figure out the AC, but other than that, it was a superior room.

Fantastic location lots of space for a place in Paris. Beds were comfortable plenty of pillows provided. The entranceway and stairs are very old and do smell old. The biggest issue is in the shower which gets water everywhere and there aren’t enough towels but otherwise would recommend this as a place to stay in central Paris

Amazing apartment in a great location. Right by Notre dame and Latin Quarter so lots of dining options and walkable to many sites. It’s also a few min walk from Saint Michel-Notre Dame station which is a direct train to airport (RER B line). The apartment itself is super spacious and modern and charming. Has kitchen and laundry facilities. When we had a minor issue with a light switch, the management quickly responded via email and had it fixed right away. I would definitely recommend staying here if in Paris!

Nice appartment, very close to Notre Dame cathedral. I missed an elevator, so had to climb the stairs with luggage. At the entrance mouldy smell because of mould on cupboards. No staff present, didn't like digital check-in.
