Located on the 4th floor with elevator, it comprises :
- a bedroom with a double bed ;

- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- and a lounge for relaxing after a day out.

You'll particularly appreciate its unobstructed view over the rooftops of Paris.

For your comfort, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Fan, Dishwasher, Oven, Bodum coffee machine, Raclette machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Please note that there is a box at the entrance to the lounge containing business cards and useful addresses.

You'll be staying in the heart of the lively Oberkampf district.
There's a "Franprix" supermarket at the foot of the building for your everyday needs.

## Emplacement
Paris' 11th arrondissement stretches from the Place de la Bastille to the Place de la Nation and the Place de la République. Far from being uniform, it is nevertheless homogeneous in the sense that it's a lively arrondissement, full of bars and restaurants, where there's plenty to experience. The Bastille district is particularly lively, overlooking numerous shopping districts, offices, colleges and hospitals, as well as the Gare de Lyon, which brings a steady stream of travelers to the center.
