except cozy room (smaller than what I thought, but I am from USA, and london trip), everything was perfect. Breakfast was fantastic which had variety of options (bakery and coffee), and afternoon snack was also not expected, and great. Great location, and all staffs were very friendly and kind!

It’s a bit dated. You would see it in the corridors, elevators etc. TVs are way too old, you can’t watch Netflix or YouTube on it. It only connecte to a few French channels.

The hotel is quiet, laid back and unique in each room's decor. They staff was readily available to meet and exceed any requests we made. I loved thatnit seemed centrally located to sitesnand shoppimg. Meriem was such a great manager. I appreciated her smile and helofulness. All the staff were heloful and kind. Beyond expectations. The staff is very friendly. Miriam helped us with all our requests. The hotel offers free hot drinks and cakes between 2PM and 6PM. The room was clean with enough space.
