We really enjoyed the decor of the hotel and the friendly staff were always available to help us. The breakfast is delicious and we enjoyed the 24hr coffee and sparkling water machines.

We stayed in the King Suite with Eiffel Tower view and I didn’t want to leave. The staff were super friendly, the room and view were amazing, and the ac actually worked really well (which is more than I can say about most hotels I’ve visited in Europe). As I’ve seen complaints about this in the other reviews, the room could use a bit of updating as there was some stains on the floor and the wall paper was slightly peeling in a few places, but it wasn’t enough to really care unless you are super picky. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We were able to get into our room early the day we arrived from the US and that was super helpful. Plus everyone was nice and accommodating, and the hotel is very luxurious. The room and bathroom were huge plus there was a small balcony. Lots of nice little luxurious, which you need during a trip.

The entryway and courtyard are all lovely, but the room left a little to be desired - we could hear our neighbours through the walls, the room showed signs of wear and tear, and it was a tighter squeeze than any pictures let on.

Great location with nearby Metro connection within a few minute walk. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always happy to help. Housekeeping were great here, and the rooms have AC and nice modern rooms. The walls are a little thin, so sometimes you can hear noise, but it was an overall great experience.

We loved our stay! The hotel is in the best location with a lot of shopping and dining! You are close to everything! The staff made us feel as if we were home during our stay and make sure we have everything we needed. Any time I visit Paris for sure I will stay here.

Very thin walls led to disturbed sleep on 2 nights due to selfish guests showering and using hairdryer at 2AM. Poor breakfast selection

A localização é o ouro do hotel! Fica a 03 minutos da Av. Champs Elysee! Com 10/15 minutos de caminhada você chega ao Rio Sena! Optei por um quarto maior, pois estávamos em 03 pessoas: Bom tamanho. Banheiro todo novo e grande com banheira e ducha separados. E a máquina de café e água gratuita no lobby do hotel é uma cortesia muito gentil do hotel. O café da manhã não vale os 24,00 euros. Melhor aproveitar os cafés e restaurantes nos arredores do hotel! No mais, foi tudo ótimo! Ficamos 07 noites.
