The Space:
Enjoy a peaceful stay in this magnificent, completely renovated apartment overlooking a courtyard, ideally located in the heart of the Marais! Perfectly furnished, it can accommodate up to three people.
The apartment includes:
• A bright and welcoming living room: has a double sofa bed with a real single mattress (140 × 200 cm), storage space and unlimited Wi-Fi access.
• One bedroom: equipped with a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with new and extremely comfortable bedding, a high-quality Smart TV and storage space.
• A bathroom: located in the room includes a modern shower and Japanese toilets, as well as a hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
• A fully equipped open kitchen: hotplates, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, pots and pans…
• A dining area: a space is provided to enjoy your meals comfortably.
The apartment also has a drying rack, iron and ironing board.

You will be staying in the heart of the Marais, one of the most emblematic and historic districts of Paris, where cobbled streets, trendy boutiques and typical cafés create a unique Parisian atmosphere. For a more typical gastronomic experience, renowned addresses like L'As du Fallafel on rue des Rosiers for an iconic falafel or the traditional Ma Bourgogne on Place des Vosges are easily accessible for your meals and outings. The accommodation is located in a very lively and touristy area of Paris—ideal for fully enjoying the Parisian atmosphere. There may be some ambient noise in the evenings and on weekends.

Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time begins at 2:00 PM.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.
Deposit Requirement
Deposit: A €250 deposit is required to access the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Refunds are processed from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.
Additional fees
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines
Noise Levels: Respect the peace and quiet of neighbors; loud noises may result in deposit deductions.
Construction Awareness: Be mindful of ongoing construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.
Internet Access
Usage: Avoid unauthorized online activities; we are not responsible for connection malfunctions.
Age Requirement: Minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under 21 may stay only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Non-compliance will result in refusal of stay with no refund accepted.
