Very well located ground floor flat in the heart of Paris near rue Etienne Marcel, on the corner of rue Montorgueil, 5 minutes from the Grands Boulevards and 20 minutes from the Opera. In this central and very lively area of Paris, you will find all your favourite shops and shops as well as many cafés and restaurants. Supermarkets are also just a few steps from the flat.
