As long as you are prepared to walk and do stairs, or really like the Montmartre area, this place is fantastic. We were two parents and two teenage sons. The space was great and having a kitchen allowed us to make some meals at home.

This was a big hit with my family. The property is small and the rooms are tight, but its newly done and ready to go. And the location is really fun. Quiet but with a bunch of restaurants and shops down the block. Not a touristy area so that is nice to see the locals out having a meal at the local cafes. Recommended

The check in was not smooth. We arrived at the place and no one was there to help us store our bags or help us check in. I contacted the contact number and sent messages through their app/ through e-mail with no reply. We had said we would check in a 3pm and no one was there and we did not get our digital key until closer to 4pm. We had to store our luggage in the bathroom while we went for a walk. When we came back, no one was there for check in still. Otherwise, the place was very nice. Clean, nice rooms. We stayed with two kids and lots of space for them. We also didn't have a corkscrew in the room which was a pain and the front desk didn't have one we could borrow. When in France, I would assume a cork screw would be standard in all rooms.

The room is very cool - three levels connected with a spiral staircase. Everything was clean and new. Our only complaints were that the beds were too short, too narrow, and the coffee maker did not work properly. Also, the street parking is hit or miss, though there is a garage somewhat nearby that we did not need to use (got very lucky finding a street spot).

Nice 2 bedroom apartment with small kitchen. 5 minute walk to a subway station that. Several restaraunts nearby (although we didnt eat there because we were in other areas at dinner time). We ate breakfast in the apartment.

Had a small issue with 1st room which management sorted out quickly. Very impressed. Been a couple of times now, and location is good, a short walk from Montmartre and Marché aux puces, as well as Metro station. Would recommend particularly rooms on 3rd floor, for quiet.

Great hotel. Nice location. Modern and comfy. But annoying check in. Lots of admin and had to pay a deposit of 300 euros. When staying in multiple places this is a nuisance. So if you are prepared for this, you will not be disappointed.

The only comment I have is I hope property manager wash the sidewalks daily. There was always dog poop and smell of urine which was repulsive each time you enter or leave the premise.

The Paris Apartment was very clean and cosy. We booked the 2 bedroom with Sofa Bed Apartment. Our apartment did not have a balcony. Check in process was contactless. It was difficult for us to perform online checkin due since we had very slow cellular phone data since we did not complete forms until the day of arrival in Paris. There was also a required deposit by credit card during online checkin. The electronic key to the apartment did not work on my cell phone but it worked on my wife's phone. Our major issue is that the Sofa bed was broken upon arrival to the apartment. I texted and called the manager (at added international phone expense) to fix the Sofa Bed. The housekeeper came to the room and agreed the Sofa was broken and it could not be returned to either functional configuration. She told me she would contact the management to fix the Sofa but no one came. I texted the manager several times using the Hotels.com app, but there was no response. We spent our entire stay without the use of the Sofa and Sofa bed which negated the purpose of booking this somewhat expensive apartment. This set a poor tone for the start of our European vacation. There are restaurants and a bakery nearby. There are small convenience stores nearby to purchase water, drinks, wine, and snacks. The closest subway is about a 10 minute walk. The air-conditioning and elevator worked well. Hotels.com did contact their management after our stay but we were declined remedies.

The check-in was a nightmare. Unlike other properties, there was no prior message to initiate the process or any direction to get into the building. When we arrived, there was no one on the property and we couldn’t even get into the door. Finally another guest who also had issues with check-in let us in, but there was no instruction other than a number on a sign at the empty counter. I tried the number and they demanded full payment upfront which I had provided the CC during booking. They then sent me a link to finish check-in but the connection was weak and it didn’t go through for a few times. It took over an hour and we still didn’t have the room number. Finally they told us to look for a housekeeper to open the door— the first housekeeper said he didn’t know anything and told us to find his colleague who was not on the ground floor. Eventually I tracked down the other housekeeper on the 5th floor to open the door for us which was on the ground floor by the entrance facing the street, with almost no soundproofing. Inside the room a table cramped at the corner with chairs pushed up. The shower door handle was loose and I found 2 socks left in the washer; the dish soap was empty but we couldn’t reach housekeeping so the entire stay we didn’t have housekeeping nor any additional cleaning supply. The AC didn’t work in the bedroom. It was very hot. Check-out was at 10am—no courtesy late check-out. This place may work better for others but unfortunately not for us.
