The staff are most helpful but when we checked out we were advised to take the tram that caused us more money. We paid 32 euros for two people compared to 18 euros to use Uber. There’s no public laundry, language barriers, compact rooms. The hotel very accessible from airport using the shuttle, but the shuttle was not available when we checked out. Good for money with breakfast included in the stay. Staff are helpful but with difficulty with communication.

We were disappointed with this hotel for several reasons. The room was okay but the 4 channels that were in English were not available and the front desk staff had no explanation and the restaurant was not great. The lentil soup was served cold although they didn’t mention cold soup on the menu and the tuna on the tuna salad was canned tuna which was as disappointing. I wish we would have know this ahead of time. The breakfast was good and it was included which was nice. Just not the upscale hotel we were lead to believe it would be.

Here’s a more polished and natural-sounding version of your review: The hotel is conveniently located two T7 tram stops from Orly Airport, which made it a good choice for our early morning flight. The room was spacious and equipped with a kettle and a hairdryer, and the price was reasonable. The staff paid attention to our request and provided a quiet room at the end of the corridor, which we appreciated.

Standard airport hotel. The lounge was beautiful, breakfast was great, staff were very friendly. The room was a bit dirty, and the fan and lamp did not work, which was a bit unfortunate because an open window meant listening to planes at full blast all night. The room was hot and a bit muggy. I'd recommend for convenience for the airport but not for a general stay.

This is a grest airport hotel, just steps away from the tram stop from Orly. The guy on reception was fabulous. My flight had bedn cancelled, I had lost my coat at the airport in confusion and was a bit bemused by the tram, etc. It had been a bad day. But he was so lovely - jolly and welcoming - I felt immediately better. My room was nice and there were many tv channels to watch, and the wifi was great. Breakfast was disappointing as crockery was scarce, hot drinks from a machine and jucies overly watery, and pastries were small and cold. I did though work in the restaurant well after breakfast as I had a late afternoon flight. which was very convenient. Overall a good experience and certainly recommended for anyone who needs to stay neat Orly.
