Very clean, quiet and cozy hotel in a great area with easy access to several subway lines. Our room was small but that’s expected. We had a great view on a big Paris style street. The room was prestinely clean, the staff were very froendly and accomodating. Overall I loved tje experience and would come back here again.

Old items still in refrigerator at check in, noisy elevator sound at room, finally elevator unworkable, not hot water shower at bathroom, is it really one of Accor group??? Is it really 4 star hotel???0 We’ve been to lots of Accor group worldwide, unbelievable here, never never go there, so much terribly disappointment this time.

A very good hotel with a friendly staff and a central and quiet location. Cleaning was done daily. There are many restaurants and bakeries nearby, and it's right next to the metro. I'll definitely choose it again on my next visit.

I had a great stay here. It was easy to check in, super friendly and helpful staff, nice accommodations. The lobby and food area are very nice and kept very clean. I did not opt for the buffett breakfast but from the fantastic look of it I would next time. Lots of delicious foods and very clean and well kept. The coffee machine is awesome with lots of options (the hot chocolate one of my faves). Also had a cozy bar area and and lovely outside area with a few seats and tables. The hotel is in an excellent location - near tons of restaurants and shopping, and right across the street from the metro train, which takes you to all the tourist places easily (Notre Dame, Arc de Triomphe, Champs-élysées, Louvre Museum, Eiffel Tower, etc.). Or you can simply wander the streets near the hotel with lots to see. The only caveat is that the rooms are quite small, and the shower is quite cramped - I kept bumping my elbows when trying to wash my hair. Not suitable for larger folks. Otherwise, I would definitely stay there again. Thanks! Mahalo! Merci beaucoup!

I am a bit annoyed that I'm tying to get them to e-mail a receipt for my stay, but can't get a response. That's a huge problem for a business traveler. - which is why the mediocre rating for service, even though the staff on sight were good. Otherwise, Beautiful hotel in a great neigbourhood. I did find the room quite small and shower very small an leaky - but otherwise no issues.

Excelente localização, perto do metrô e de diversos bares e restaurantes. O hotel é bem charmoso, cama confortável. Máquina de cafés diversos e água gelada, sem custo para o hóspede. A única ressalva é sobre as toalhas que poderiam ser maiores e mais felpudas.

Hyvä hotelli hyvällä alueella

Sijainti oli erinomainen! Kahden metrolinjan välissä, lyhyt kävellä. Suloinen alue, paljon ravintoloita ja ihana crepes katu lähellä. Turvallista liikkua lapsen kanssa myös iltaisin. Hotelli oli hyvä, aamupala ranskalaisittain monipuolinen (ei kuitenkaan mannermainen). Hinta kovahko, joskin normaalia Pariisin tasoa 4 tähden hotellille. Hotelli muisti tyttäreni juhlapäivää, siitä erityispisteet!

Hotel Review The hotel had some positive aspects, but several issues affected our stay. Positive points: - The staff was friendly and helpful. - The room had a good Samsung TV, though the Smart View function was disabled which was disappointing. Negative points: - The pricing policy was problematic. After I cancelled my return flight, the hotel wanted to charge more than double the original price for the same room and wouldn't negotiate. - The breakfast buffet was very basic with limited choices. - The bathroom had quality issues: - The fixtures were loose and kept falling off - The shower cabin was too small for anyone taller than 1.60m (about 5'3") Overall impression: This was an average stay with some significant drawbacks. The hotel might be acceptable for a short stay if you get a fair price, but it's not ideal for comfort or good value.

Très décevant

Juste convenable pour passer une nuit. Chambre ridiculement petite ne correspondant pas à la réservation (réservée avec balcon, pas de balcon et un énorme vis à vis avec les autres chambres de la cour intérieure) Eau de la douche pas assez chaude, je n’ai vraiment pas vu où était le confort d’un 4 étoiles, très déçue. Réceptionniste du matin désagréable en plus !!! Point positif, bon petit déjeuner.

Hotel Bom e bem localizado

Hotel que segue os padrões da rede Mercure, limpo, bem funcional, com acomodações pequenas mas que atendem bem. A localização é muito boa, perto de restaurantes, algumas lojas, farmácia, pequenas mercearias e, principalmente, de estações do metrô, que facilita bastante o deslocamento por toda Paris. O café da manhã é simples, sem grande variedade, mas é bom!

C’est notre deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel, idéalement situé. Chambre confortable et très propre. Seul bémol, la salle de bain trop exiguë malgré une chambre «privilège » plus spacieuse que la classique.
