Perfect Marais stay

A spacious, spotless, and very comfortable three-bedroom apartment in good condition. The location is unbeatable — art galleries, cafés, restaurants and the Metro are all just steps away — yet it’s remarkably quiet. Air-conditioning and a lift made it especially convenient. Highly recommended.

The check-in was very smooth; our host greeted us promptly and gave us a helpful tour of the apartment. We also appreciated the generous supply of towels and the endless hot water.However, the unit did not meet our expectations for a high-end stay. The kitchen was not functional for cooking, with a tiny refrigerator and older cookware. The air conditioning unit was very loud and unfortunately vented hot air directly into the kitchen. Furthermore, the apartment showed significant signs of wear and tear, including worn cabinets, broken flooring pegs, and numerous areas needing a fresh coat of paint. For these reasons, we would not consider this a suitable alternative to a 4 or 5-star hotel.

Amazing location

3 lovely spacious bedrooms and lounge. Not quite as 5 star as it looks in the photos. Kitchen small (no proper oven) and 2nd bathroom tiny with v annoying shower. I wouldn’t expect to be taking the rubbish out or ensuring all my washing up was done, on leaving, given the amount it cost and the 10am check out time. Location cannot be beaten if you love the marais like we do!

Perfect stay

Quiet apartment. Located close to metro and lots of restaurants and stores in Les Marais. Safe location. No issues walking around at night. Enough towels for everyone.

Fantastic location, good sized great flat

We loved it. Very comfortable unit. The whole booking process was straightforward and we were greeted personally which we prefer to keyless check-ins. Local neighbourhood with al you need on the doorstep.don’t miss the covered market - the oldest in town.

AMAZING LOCATION

Great location right next to metro station. Plenty of hot water. On the 3rd floor with an elevator. Great reasturants within short walking distance. Great place to start your adventure in Paris.

Loved this place!

This is a classic upscale Paris apartment with AC and an elevator. The unit is very clean and quiet. We heard some street noise on occasion but not late at night. We ate breakfast at the unit and other meals out so not a lot of cooking. Primo location. Would stay again.

Great stay in the Marais

Wonderful location, right near metro and lots of restaurants. Easy to get to the major attractions but our area felt more relaxed. Comfortable apartment and James was very responsive when I had a question. Worked well for our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids). Would stay again!

Ample space for a family

The apartment was very comfortable for our family four. We had more than enough space with two teenagers. The location was excellent. It felt very safe. Like other reviews, the laundry machine was very difficult. Had to take wet clothes on the plane. It worked for us the first time, but not the second time and both loads were the same size. Some of the dishes/silverware were a little dirty maybe from a past guest, so I’d recommend cleaning things before you use them. The apartment doesn’t come with coffee but there’s a convenient market just down the street. Otherwise, the apartment was great. The owner left a bottle of wine, which we didn’t drink, but was very thoughtful. The owner also helped with arranging transportation, and he was very kind to work with us, even though he was traveling. Overall, I give it five stars and would recommend!

Fantastic stay

Wonderful central location, plenty of sleeping room, living and hanging out area, kitchen space. Stayed warm in February with lots of pillows and easy access with the elevator.

Perfect location for that local and cool Paris experience

Quiet area, yet so close (10-15 walk or metro 100m from apartment) to main tourist areas. There is a local Paris feel here. Metro outside, grocery across the street, and several bakeries close by (within 3 min walk). Dupain across the street has amazing breads, but Le Fournil de Paris a few minutes away was our favorite. Unit was great for family of 4. Second visit to Paris and this area is our favorite. Unit is clean, modern and up to date. Owner/Manager communicates easily and quickly via text or WhatsApp and you can order taxi service from/to airport through their checkin website.

Tres bon sejour

Appartement tres propre. Proche du metro Froissart et d'un Carrefour. Tout etait bien organise. Depuis les chauffeurs qui nous attendaient a l'arrivee et au depart. Nicolas qui nous attendait a l'appartement pour nous remettre les clefs et nous donner certaines explications. Une bouteille de vin est venue egalement nous souhaiter la bienvenue. Les lits moelleux et suffisament de couvertures et serviettes de toilette. Rien a rajouter.

Ideal location for our extended family

We enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment after being in hotel rooms for a couple of nights before. Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus for six of us. We were three children, age 9, 12 and 14, their parents, and one grandmother.

Great space that has all you need!

I brought my two teenagers and 81 year old mother to Paris. This place was perfect. Lots of room, elevator for mom, kitchen to have snacks on hand.

Perfect location

Less than one block from the metro and steps to so many shops, bakeries, cafes, etc, this is a great location for your visit. Plenty of space for our group of five adults. And even though you're right in the middle of it all, very quiet in the apartment. Must mention the elevator...critical for moving luggage to the third floor.

Spacious apartment in great location

Beautiful apartment with loads of room. Two bathrooms neither of which was en-suite which actually eliminated arguments. Close to everything. Highly recommend.
