The Space:
Beautiful studio located in the heart of Saint Germain des Prés, between Saint Sulpice church and Deux Magot, in an authentic Parisian neighborhood.
Spacious, functional and completely refurbished studio! It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, as a couple or on business.

The accommodation has a queen-size bed for two people with new, extremely comfortable bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and an unlimited WIFI access.

On entering the apartment you'll find :
- a fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans...),
- 1 queen-size double bed (160 by 200) with Smart TV,
- storage space,

If you need a cot and high chair, please inform us in advance (with 72 hours' notice), and we'll happily provide these. Please note that baby linen is not included.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is from 2:00 pm.
For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with applicable charges.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €150 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional fees:
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet; loud noises might result in deposit deductions.
Please be aware of construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.

Internet Access:
Kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We are not responsible for connection malfunctions.

We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
