Absolute charm for this beautiful apartment of 55m2, on the first floor on street, in the bubbling district of Montorgeuil. Ideal to feel Paris in his heart

Really enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect space for my wife and I and our young children (3 and 5). The host was gracious enough to allow an early check in as we arrived early in the morning. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location

The apartment and location were fabulous. Ideally located for the sites and the local restaurants made it really easy to find somewhere to eat and drink. Note - there is only one toilet and there are bars below the flat which are noisy so if you want to get to sleep before 11 it can be difficult. Minor moans and really nothing to stress about!

The apartment was excellent. Exactly as advertised. The refurbished bathrooms wotked well and the beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed . There was some late noise from the bars in the street below but the back bedroom was very quiet. The noise was a very small trade off to be in this buzzing location.

Amazing location

The property manager was very responsive in fixing a small issue that came up. Check in was easy. But the best part was the location. It is loud in the evenings due to several lovely small restaurants below, but we enjoyed the atmosphere and the wide range of restaurants nearby. The back bedroom was much quieter. We could walk to the Louvre and several other attractions. I would stay here again.

Fantastic Location!!!

What a fantastic 3 days in Paris! The apartment was very comfortable for the 3 of us - my husband, our 16 year old son and me. We were met at the apartment by Thomas and shown all the amenities and how everything worked. The management team was very responsive and helpful as we had questions leading up to check in. Metro was close by and we walked to the Louvre from the apartment in 20 minutes.

Wonderful trip

Gorgeous Paris apartment, exactly as advertised. Hosts and Germain were helpful and responsive. Beds were super comfy. Amenities great: large showers, dishwasher, washer (no dryer but drying racks in bedroom). Just one toilet. Absolutely perfect location: walk to anything you could need-supermarket, bakery, restaurants all within a block- and multiple metro lines very close.

The apartment itself is clean, but not the overall building. The corridor of the building is dark and be careful to up and down via stairs. The location is good for walkable restaurants and nice shops. Because of these convenience, it is indeed a lot noise until midnight, but one bedroom is a lot more quite.

Great location

The apartment is in a great location, communication with the manager was excellent. We had an issue with one of the showers and someone came around within an hour. My only complaint is the size of the shower in one of the rooms - if you are more than 185lbs, you will not be able to get in!!!

This apartment is a spectacular place to stay. Location is central to most all of Paris’ attractions with easy Metro access if walking seems like too much. Great food and bistro scene close by. Mimo the Baler is open at 7 which is early for Paris so coffee and pastry are available if your an early riser. Mary (2 of them) are with in a 2 minute walk for groceries as are several wine, cheese, pharmacy, chicken rotisserie a d other shops are right there. Would gladly recommend d and will visit again!

We were very happy with our apartment in our host doing our time in Paris. The apartment was perfectly located in a prime area of Paris we were happy to be in. Our host was very helpful. We would definitely rebook here.

Great location, friendly hosts

Great place for walking to explore and sightsee. It's loud at night because there is a bar right below, but our group wasn't bothered by that - if you want to be in a great location, that comes with it. Hosts were friendly, place was clean. Very secure to get in and out of.

Clean, modern apartment in fabulous location

We were a group of six and the apartment was a good size, very modern and clean. The location is incredible. From other reviews we were worried about street noise but it was not a problem, even being just steps away from all kinds of restaurants and shops. Highly recommended!

Best location

We have a friend from Paris who advised other areas for us to stay in, but I’m glad we didn’t listen. I believe this might be one of the cutest neighborhoods in Paris. Tons of cute cafe’s and good food, Cobblestone streets, The oldest bakery in Paris is less than a block away. The noise everyone talks about was concentrated on Friday & Saturday night, but never bothered us. You can sleep in the back bedroom if you are the light sleeper. It wouldn’t bother you there. The apartment is cuter in person than on the pictures. The only thing I would point out is that although there are two bathrooms, only one has a toilette. Both have showers. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, beds were comfortable (even the pull out bed was great), and we found our favorite hang out spots within a 2 min walk. Highly recommend.

excellent location

So the apartment is in an excellent location. There are restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, and all kinds of stores. Fast food restaurants are right around the corner. a 15 mins walk to the louver and the shuttle stop to the park and many more attractions. But that's about it. The apartment was not as pictured. showering was challenging!! as the hot water would finish after 2 showers! we had no idea!! there were 2 bathrooms with only ONE toilet seat. there was a washing machine and no dryer not even a drying rack to hang our clothes on, so we had to hang our clothes around the apartment for them to dry!! This was our first vacation rental that we find no house essentials as in NO HAND SOAP even!! they emailed us before going that these things can be purchased through them if we needed them!! that was ridiculous, to be honest. when the issue was brought up to the managing company, their response was quite rude!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Paris, die Lage der Wohnung war hervorragend! Einziger Wermutstropfen: es gibt zwar zwei Badezimmer, aber nur eine Toilette in der Wohnung! Das kam aus der Beschreibung nicht so klar hervor… Ansonsten sehr, sehr gerne wieder mit dieser Agentur!

Review of Bonne Nouvelle

I loved the apartment, but the management company representatives were not proactive in responding to my e-mails. It was stressful to NOT have confirmation of our reservation until we were already in Europe. The apartment was in a great location. During the day, it was a quaint street. But, the apartment was located right above and across the street from restaurants/bars that were very loud and stayed open until 2:00 AM. I used a noise machine each night which was a good solution. I would stay there again knowing that the apartment is in a very loud neighborhood.

The location was amazing, everything you can want or need is walking distance. Dishes, water kettle and floors were not clean. The shower door is ridiculously tight and swings inward, a shower curtain may work best for space since it’s so tiny. Would stay here again

Best location in Paris

The location of this hotel was a dream. Our party included my husband and I, our 13-year-old son and a set of grandparents. I could live forever at the front bedroom window and watch the nightlife on the street. We were thrilled with everything. Thank you to our hosts for this incredible experience. We will be back!
