The location is super convenient with great dining options and shops nearby, It's just a quick stroll to the closest metro station, The check-in process is quick and effortless! While there was construction in the courtyard, as noted in the listing, it didn't cause much inconvenience, There was no construction noise at night, so we had a peaceful stay, We appreciate the comfortable and stress-free accommodation!

Huge positive: Amazing bed, lovely towels and fantastic furniture for snacks and beverages, Clean and reasonably priced during renovations, It didn't bother us as we woke up early and it is peaceful in the evenings, The main downside was the high humidity, Within two days, the bed started to feel damp, There is only one fan in the bathroom that cannot be turned off and doesn't do the job properly, The kitchen equipment for cooking is not the best, but Paris offers plenty of amazing dining options, of course, It will take you no more than 20 minutes by public transport from the apartment to most of the main attractions in Paris, That was fantastic!

You're not in the heart of Paris, I'd rather say it's more like a student area, Lots of hustle and bustle, noisy (but you don't hear it in the room), The metro is easily accessible, Many multicultural eateries in the side streets, The room, yes, clean, but could do with a renovation, If you're just looking for a city break where you crash into bed 'dead tired', it's perfectly adequate, I've had worse sleep at B6, If you want to relax, spend time in the room, go for something else, It's like the picture, a few square meters of room, with a bed, if you have wide hips, it's difficult to get to the toilet, But yes, you get what you see in the pictures, Paris is incredibly expensive, everywhere, So don't compare it to 200 EUR a night in Cologne/Düsseldorf, If that's what you want, you're in the wrong place, It's important, no parking lot, no parking available, Use a well-reviewed parking garage about a kilometer away, it's worth it, For me, everything is fine - Price, of course, is tough
