The front counter staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Marie(the manager) and Jose were the two we dealt with most, and they were great. The rest of the staff including Orlean (spelled wrong i'm sure) were very professional. The lobby and breakfast areas are very nicely done and Marie has a green thumb, they plants are beautiful. We did have a few minor issues, the cleaning staff did a nice job, but were very noisy in the morning and we had a couple of times the towels were not replaced correctly(face towels instead of bath towels). The only other issue was the door closures are VERY loud, if you open the door to your room and just let close you will wake ever room on the hall. Some of our neighbors would leave and come in at all hours and just let the doors slam.Some sort of padding or gasket would really make a difference.

This was the most positive experience I have had of Paris hotels. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful, and very forgiving of my poor French. I loved the location; it's an easy 10-15 minute walk from Cité Universitaire which is on the direct line from CDG. It feels less touristy so you're away from the crowds but it's very easy to get to wherever you want to go in Paris from here. As is standard for Paris, the rooms are small but pleasantly appointed.

Stay away from this place.

Not a place you want to stay. I was on the ground floor and just outside my window a group of 4 junkies, they partied shooting drugs until they passed out at 3am. The hotel is a dangerous zone, is very uncomfortable (they turned off the Air Conditioning and refused to turn it on) and many other terrible things. Stay away from this place.
