Déçu

Bonde de lavabo bloquée obligeant de se laver les dents dans la baignoire ! Réparation obtenue le lendemain grâce à l’aide du veilleur de nuit. Fenêtre de la chambre qui ne se ferme pas. Heureusement il n’y avait pas de vent les 2 nuits de mon passage. Matelas à la limite de l’inconfort. Oreillers dont on se demande comment ils peuvent jouer leur rôle vu leur niveau d’usure. Seul point positif, le personnel est très sympathique.

never again - date, in dire need of some upgrading, slightly creepy atmosphere in the badly lit corridors - smelly bathroom and to my horror - a bug in the bed - also, no hairdryer , concierge too busy drinking red wine and trying to flirt with female guest checking in - brrrr!

Location was great, lively neighborhood right next to metro station and not far from a big public park. The hotel staff was nice and helpful. The room was suitable for our needs, nice large bathroom. The WiFi wasn’t reliable and the tv didn’t work well but otherwise it was exactly what we needed.

Les chambres ont vraiment besoin d'un rafraichissement. On sent les bouts de ouate dans les oreillers, les chambres ne sentent pas le frais..la propreté laisse à désirer, trés trés vieux séche cheveux abimés à disposition à la réception mais là, impossible de le brancher dans la salle de bain car pas de prise et fil trop court pour pouvoir espérer se sécher les cheveux en étant debout ..et devant une glace .. Le personnel est par contre gentil. Le petit déjeuner est cher pour ce qui est servi.Saint moret servis dans la banette à pain. Il était à température ambiante.

Hôtel bien situé mais qui aurait vraiment besoin d’un coup de neuf. 1 seule prise de courant. Code wifi sur un ticket non lisible. Il y a d’esbroufe solution comme wifilib plus pratique pour les clients.

Reasonable price for the area and a comfortable bed. Rooms are worn but clean. Skip the breakfast of just bread and jam and go to the grocery store and bakery.
