We booked two one-bedroom apartmenents in this hotel for a total of 8 people. The hotel itself is small but good enough for our 4 night stay in Paris. The apartment was small but clean and has everything you need. It has a small kitchenette with dishwares and utensils. The bathroom has the toiletries you need. The AC was a plus. The hotel is very central and close to Metro Line 10, just a few minutes walk. There are two supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance as well. The only thing is that the apartment has no elevators, so if your flat is on the higher floors, you will have to carry your luggage on a very narrow set of stairs. Also, I wish the apartment offers flat iron. The staff was helpful as well. At the end of our stay, they helped us book a van to the airport, which was a very good gesture. Overall, it is a very good and reasonably priced hotel in central Paris. I would recommend this for those looking for modest and budget-friendly accommodation.

We couldn’t have asked for a better location! The hotel was close to the bus and metro, making it super easy to get around Paris. We bought a 5-day metro pass and used it the entire trip. The room was perfect for my husband, our grown daughter, and me — cozy, comfortable, and just what we needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Having a laundromat right across the street was a huge bonus before heading to our next stop.

Was a great room for the price and had lots of space. We were on the top floor and there is no lift but just something to keep in mind. Everything was clean and in good condition, staff was nice. The only problem was a really firm bed and an uncomfortable pullout couch. Otherwise nice area and good location for coffee shops and dinner restaurants.

The location is great. Walking distance to metro and bus stations. It's also close to the shopping area. Receptionists are very friendly and glad to help. The wifi reception is not very good. Couldn't connect to wifi in the first 2 days.

Great location. Staff was pleasant and helpful in the end. When we arrived the floors were not just dirty but turned our socks black black. One towel and pillow case were used. They cleaned next afternoon, said they’d refund 2 of the daily 10 euro cleaning fee. But at check out I spent 10 minutes arguing with the staff on one of the day’s cleaning fee. Astounded they would argue over 10 euros and how many hours we had to sit in filth. I wasn’t even asking to be reimbursed for the night rate or our ruined socks. Otherwise good place for the money.

Clean and comfortable hotel

Hotel Montebello was excellent. Very comfortable, clean, with kind and helpful staff. Beware there is no elevator, so if stairs are an issue, request a low floor. Hotel Montebello is in a great area in the heart of Paris, not a touristy area, which we really enjoyed.

Bad experience

Unfortunately it was the worst experience. The room was so noisy and bedcovers makes us itchy all night , also there were hairs on them so we couldnt sleep until morning. We were planning to stay 3 night so we paid it before but because of these conditions we had to leave the hotel after first night. we had to stay another hotel. We had to pay lots of money

Atendeu todas as expectativas

Hotel com boa localização. Deu para encontrar diferentes pontos turísticos a pé. Equipe atenciosa.

Fint lille hotel

god beliggenhed, super service, lille men fint værelse.
