The website provided false information, claiming that three people could stay in the room. However, when we requested an extra bed, they insisted that the room could only accommodate two people. Despite highlighting the false advertisement, they refused to refund the money, resulting in a loss of £202.

This place was nice. The area was nice. Staff was wonderful. I kind of wish Expedia was more specific with the photos of the hotel rooms. I was assigned a room that was not shown under the option I paid for. Still a nice room but not what I expected. I could’ve used a bigger room, had I known. The hotel was great though.

Maybe 20 years ago hotel got 4 stars, but today just because has tiny spa and provides bathrobes should not have no more than 3 stars. Everything is dated. Needs renovation and some upgrades.
