This is a really great option for your stay in Paris, especially if you want to be close to a central transportation hub. It’s situated on a very cute and quiet side street, secluded from the hustle and bustle but, at the same time, just steps away from the train station and metro. The area is also nice with a lot of stores and restaurants, plenty of food options and things to do. We were traveling with a toddler and booked through Expedia which allowed us to reserve a room not suitable for a crib. No fault of the hotel. They were very accommodating and upgraded us to a larger room so we could fit the crib. Rooms overall are on a smaller side but so are most in central Paris. The rooms are quite well stacked with everything you may need and are clean and updated. There is no AC on the property but with a fan it worked fine (we were traveling in the hot month of August). Overall we enjoyed our stay and it’s a good deal for the price!

Arrivé le samedi vers 11h45, il nous fallait attendre 14h00 pour disposer de notre chambre...le personnel fut très aimable et nous garda nos valises en consigne..les chambres sont propres mais la salle de bain trop petite...Le petit dejeuner servi de 07h00 à 10h00 est copieux et bien achalandé..le personnel très attentionné.

Un très bon hôtel, mais de "passage" seulement. Facile d'accès, à 300 mètres de la Gare Montparnasse, et 50 mètres de la rue de la Gaité, haut lieux des théâtres parisiens, des restaurants de tous les coins du monde, des bars , des brasseries, des salons de massages Thaï et pleins d'autres lieux interessants à visiter dont les marchés du mercredi ,du samedi et du dimanche pour les amateurs d'art et de peintures. Un établissement que je recommande pour sa situation géographique, en plein Montparnasse, son personnel à l'écoute, et le confort de ses chambres .

Excellent location near to Metro and Montparnase train station, great restaurants just a block away. The staff is very nice and everything is super clean. The only thing that I didn’t like was the condition of the building, it needs some renovation. The bathroom is way old and when you take a shower is like swimming in the Seine. Renovation is the key to make the hotel great again 😎

Bon hôtel, bien situé

Séjour à la dernière minute suite à un retard d'avion. Accueil très agréable, chambre et literie de qualité. Quelques problèmes "électriques" cependant : éclairage du couloir, prise du bureau et sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnant pas. Hôtel très bien situé près de Montparnasse.

저렴한만큼 실망스러운...

파리 시내에서 저렴한 방이라 어쩔 수 없긴 하지만, 방이 좁기도 하고 냄새가 너무 심하더군요. 조금 지나면 적응되기는 합니다만, 가족/연인과 가기엔 별로일 듯 합니다. 그리고 엘레베이터가 너무 좁아서 놀랐습니다.
