Close to the main tourist attractions of Paris, accessible through several means of transportation, the neighbourhood offers the luxury of being in Paris with your feet in the water! By the way, the Bassin de la Villette changes into a second Paris Plages (Paris Beaches) during the summer. Walk along the quays on the canal's banks and watch the boats come and go; go further to the Antipode, a cool bar on a barge. Sit at a table at La Bulle and order a traditional French meal before catching a movie in one of the twin MK2 cinemas, a play at the Centquatr, or perhaps a concert at the Point Ephémère.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
