パリでは良くあることですが、建物自体が古いので、床が斜めで部屋の中に居る時は平衡感覚がおかしくなるほどでした。また、エレベーターが良く壊れて使えませんでした。

The walls are paper thin so if the people in the next unit want to party you’re going to know it. The shower stall was so small I couldn’t wash my legs. Credit to them for moving me to another unit that was more quiet. And I really did like the location.

Es un hotel ubicado en una zona no conveniente para turistas. Las habitaciones son resucidas, el desayuno es terrible. No recomendable.

Convenient location near the East and North train stations. Plenty of really good cafés and restaurants nearby (Les Rupins, Les Vinaigriers, Les Chenapans, Pompette, ...). Several bus stops close by (lines 38 and 91). Close to the promenades along the banks of the Saint-Martin Canal. Room rates are really good for Paris. I stayed during Fashion Week, there was almost nothing left on the Left Bank (which I normally prefer) under $400/night, and Est Hotel was a good reasonable alternative. The only issue during my stay was noise. The walls are thin, so you can hear the TV or people talking late at night in the next room, or people having loud conversations in the courtyard or the alley behind the hotel. If you're a light sleeper, this may be an issue.

Trevligt! Bra frukost och bekväma rum. Lite irriterande att man måste lämna rumsnyckeln i receptionen när man inte är i rummet under dagen och sen måste be att få tillbaka den så man kan gå till rummet igen (och ibland vänta i kö medan andra checkar in etc), men inget som påverkade vistelsen i det stora hela. Vi är nöjda!

We had a great stay, the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great and very convenient. We loved the breakfast , even if it was at a small charge. I wish the rooms were bigger. We had a triple and we could barely move. But at least they are clean and quiet. The beds are so comfortable that we took a picture of the mattress so we can buy it when we get back home!

Eine komplette Katastrophe. Die Unterkunft war bei unserer Ankunft extrem dreckig und offensichtlich überhaupt nicht gründlich gereinigt. Auf dem Klodeckel lagen blonde Haare (wir beide brünett), Spiegel und Fenster waren voller Fett- und Schmutzflecken. Auch das Badezimmer war nicht sauber, sondern insgesamt sehr dreckig. Zudem befindet sich Schimmel an den Wänden. Gereinigt wurde das Zimmer kein einziges Mal. Es wurden teilweise nichtmal Handtücher hingelegt, wenn mal welche da waren waren diese überseht von Flecken. Klopapier fehlte auch. So etwas ist für mich absolut nicht akzeptabel und entspricht keinesfalls dem Standard, den man bei einer gebuchten Unterkunft erwarten kann.

Very friendly staff who were able to accommodate our needs and the amenities were wonderful (water refill station, popcorn machine etc;). The rooms were clean, we had three proper beds (no sofa bed for the third person). The location is conveniently placed near the Eurostar station. The only problem was that the road below was very rowdy at night. The windows offer limited soundproofing, so I suggest making sure you stay on a higher floor.

Soggiorno di due notti molto piacevole. Stanza un po' piccola ma considerando che è solo per passare la notte non è problema. Stanza pulita. Unica cosa negativa la stanza è poco insonorizzata quindi abbiamo sentito il vicino di stanza fare la doccia alle 6 di mattina come se fosse in camera nostra.

Stayed here many times over the years but first time disappointed with room. The smell from the drain in the bathroom was awful. Partner had to fix the shower door as it was hanging off the rail. The plug socket next to my bed was hanging off the wall with wiring exposed at back. We reported to reception but nothing done to rectify .
